Escazú Chocolates, based in North Carolina, offers many delectable treats, but my weekly occasional go-to is the peanut butter hot chocolate.

Escazú offers an iced version, and while also delicious, I slurp it up faster than the ladies at Escazú can say here comes April again! The hot peanut butter hot chocolate, in all its rich, creamy gloriousness, begs to be savored. And savor I do.
